About Seboba Park
Seboba Recreational Nature Park & Cultural Village was built by the Kasane community, featuring views of the Seboba Rapids on Chobe River, which is stunningly beautiful setting. Complimenting tourist recreational activities and entertainment it has been a great success. A focus on preserving traditional life, dances and Botswana lifestyle.
A great alternative to visitors which mainly come to participate in safari game drives and boat cruises.
The community hopes this will increase tourists and visitors staying longer in Kasane and Kasungula.
This pristine historical and valuable piece of land along the riverfront was secured for the nature & recreational park. To venture in to tourism in order to provide more jobs & provide a beautiful park that the locals would be proud of. It is often used by school groups, events & tourists. A must see if your visiting Kasane, Kazungula or Chobe Park

Elevated walkways were constructed with benches at key viewpoints, nice paths, ideal for nature walks, also constructed is, an outdoor theater, 4 cultural villages, a park gate, an information centre, curio shop, dance arena, this multi purpose theater is a wonderful asset used for a variety of arts and educational related gatherings.
Th various walking trails and an observation point at commissioner’s kop with a 360 degree view. Even 2 picnic sites with running water, bathrooms, clean up facilities, a covered thatched building and monkey proof trash bins.
This website was made by Guy Scott a photographer from Canada, who loves Africa, especially Botswana and their wonderful, kind and gentle people. This was done as a donation in hopes to help the Kasane Community in promoting Tourism and sustaining long term jobs. The photos were taken on our nature walk while enjoying the park. For tourists and photographers there are some nice opportunities including tons of birds that nest, migrate and make this area home. Hope you enjoy. Please support the Park and community by attending. The fee to enter is modest. You will see photos of a infant baboon, this female was abandoned or something happened to the mother. One of park employees/guide/security, took it on being its new parent, carefully feeding and nurturing it hoping to release into the wild one day. She spends most of her time with him.
